Are the items required to forge the Neo Tokyo weapons hard to get? How can they be acquired?

The hardest to get is Ginka (silver coins) . You need 3,000 - 3,500 of them. The easiest way to get the Ginka is fighting bosses, e.g. Bergamot gives 100 Ginka.
