- Get a godly PC (with 4GB RAM)
- Get some godly Harddisks in a RAID array with like 250GB+ free space
- Record full frame RAW in FRAPS (800x600x24@RGB)
- Edit the RAW video in Vegas / Premiere
- Crop the video to a widescreen ratio
- Upscale the video to 1920x1080 (Youtube likes that...)
- Enhance contrast / colors with another filter (Youtube's encoder is still a color killer)
- Save in Xvid / Single Pass / 8000Kbps
- Upload to Youtube
- Wait........wait.........wait........
- Enjoy your Youtube HD video
