I had 115% Jump at the time I think (MoN + 5 dex FS), and Mas, I imagine it would be a little easier on a PA DK, I'm pretty sure you could stand on one of the further away bar stools and still jump/fury to keep it kb'd. Since fury is faster it wouldn't be as risky with a slow PA either. Let me know how it goes if you try!
It may actually be harder though, because it hits once vice 3 times. Speed can also be a hinderance vice helpful. Depending on how fast I can KB her, I may actually be able to just spam O.o
