true, but on this case i will leverage Carter's damn fine ability to read political doublespeak (since he had to deal with it himself during his tenure) and figure out what it really means. Also, this isn't the first time a president makes a speech to the house medical reform, and this is the first time someone outburst in this manner.
It is also 'lol'-worthy how the majority of Rep. Wilson's campaign finances come from the health care industry.
