Uhm... unless you are FREAKING rich, Alchemist should help a lot... Not only on regular pots, but also on apples... use 2, get one FREE, when maxed.
Also, Flash jump increases his length with every level.
Also, to take full advantage of alchemy, start adding to it when you have over 1.5k mp, so the NLC pots can cover it, aand add when you can heal the difference.
By the way, I just remembered you said you were still level 88, so I guess you are doing this... but I'm lazy to rewrite my post :p
EDIT: If you have some extra SP, and have to decide between Shadow meso, and Shadow web, and maxed everything useful but endure... I'd pick endure XD Just for the extra mp recovery. And getting one point into each of those for kicks.
