KMS CS item that extends equip expiration

It's been around for months.
There's a cash shop item in kMS that extends the time on other cs items. It's really cheap, like 100 NX.

I'm pretty sure thats wrong. Why would they sell a CS item extending CS items? As far as I know it is an item that delays the expiration of normal gear, like agent equips, that fugly but oh so sweet 20 att xmas hat we had, and such items.
