Duku's should be a tad better if the map is good. Oblivion 4 is kinda sucky for NLs anyway if you kill skeles with 2 hits and the oblivion critters with 3, the exp is almost identical, and the map is not as good as the skele dungeon. This is for non-bishop training, and I hate skeles, so I'm not just advertising that.
I guess if you had SE all the time oblivion 4 might be better for NLs too...
