Well, they only have one more server check's or cash shop update's worth of new cash shop items (this week's), so the patch'll be next week.
I think Krakia has a good chance of having high-level content because the original NLC quests were required for the phantom forest/crimsonwood keep quests, and all those quests are required for Cool As Ice, which reveals the subani and krakia thing. That could mean that Cool As Ice could be a prerequisite to Krakia quests, and Cool As Ice requires a mark of narician, which has a level 110 requirement in the first place.
