Generally refresh rate would be found under Control Panel, then Display or some shyt like that. (you'll most likely need to go to advanced settings for adjusting screen resolution)
There's only 2 refresh rates for my screen, 60Hz and 59Hz, which can be seen in my display section in dxdiag:

I initially mistook this for the scanning frequency but apparently they aren't one. (Maple Setup.exe set my SF at 70Hz)I tried using all 5 Scanning Frequencies that Maple offers and run GB, but oh well..
