Forgot some others, but there are some more
- Cygnus can't get Cleaning Up the Streets, thus no NLC chair too
- Jane quest for KoC is still lv25 (has the Adventurer quest requirement been reset?)
Add those two.
Anyway, I'm REALLY hoping for new World Tour and WT cards.
