Stimulators with maker

It's mentioned in the maker book, but you can't really prove it unless you make like a gazillion things with stmulators. So it's really just your decision whether or not you trust what Nexon wrote in the maker book. I would say yes, but my bad experiences make me skeptical. With so many weapons broken with stimulators, both personal and heard from others, and so little armors, I want to theorize that stimulators break only when every stat on the item goes below average, but I can't prove that obviously. Maybe I and the people who've I've heard had their reverse weapons break just had bad luck.
