racist jokes = racist ?

Mainly to those who state it only applies to Black people and no one else, then follow it up with them being too quick to play the race card.

It doesn't just apply to black people, but black people play the race card much much more than hispanics, native americans, asians or anybody else. Some, like Jesse Jackson, make a living off the race card.
