Apparently if you reset the points, you can get a 2nd belt even if you've never gone through the whole belt cycle.

Like I mentioed before, it's more like a timeline

White---------Yellow----------Blue----------Red-------Black

As you accumulate points, you progress -->

If you pass black, there's no point. You can restart though back at 0 at any time.
