Thats why better core games like LaTale and such cant stand up to MapleStory, its built such a strong community and fanbase already. If I didnt have real life and online friends playing Maple I'd have completely quit long ago. That said, I will probably quit once something better comes along, hopefully DFO.

The people who need to quit a game to move on with their lives have always confused me a little, theres no moderation for them, you either have to have the game, or you cant at all, I just dont get that.

I didn't quit because of addiction though, I quit because the game got boring to me. Has nothing to do with the fact that I'm slow at gaining levels either.. It's just.. 'boring'.

Exhibit A:

Person #1: OH HAI GUIZ, wtp IS UP!
Person #2: O SUP!
Person #3: HI!!! <3

Moments later..

Person #1: -ferociously grinding in front of his or her laptop and wasting 4 hours PER day-!!!!!

Point being, it's a waste of time if you're doing this because you're buying double exp and feel like you MUST grind . . . Where as in a simple 4 hours, I could be going out jogging or going to the gym. I just 'found' better things to do now, is all.. >_>

But yeeeeah, MS did get prettyyyyyy boriiiing... I was thinking of playing Phantasy Star Online, Ragnarok Online, or just completely quit Online Gaming, and just move on to portable-console gaming since it's 'on the go' and you feel less constraint to 'grindinz' every day, ya know? Game's boring, period. `~`

PS: I'm surprised you took my post literal too, this IS the funhouse, but since you did, so did I in this post, sorta.. lololol
