As the above said, a z-helm and a 100%'d kandiva would be good to save up for/get. That being said, as kandivas dont need strength, you can perhaps switch your cape to a dex one. A PAC would be nice but would probably use up all the money you have (preventing you from getting a z-helm) so I'd say perhaps get an 8 dex napoleon for now or something.
@Celsious: I agree with Carlos there. Get shoes first. The lack of speed shouldnt be much of a problem as most of the time, training at newties is just stationary shooting for the most part.
