he doesn't lose his attack bonus.
like let's say he has a level 120 cygnus character and he transfers, he gets to keep his skill at level 12 and get all the bonuses as long as he doesn't create a new cygnus character for the character he would be transferring. if he did that then the skill would be reset and he would have to train his cygnus again.

but i'm curious to know if you can world transfer a cygnus knight, and if you can delete the parent of a cygnus knight and he still be there?
