60%ing Reverse weapons is commonly done, but unless you pass pretty much every single 60% on them, you have much better chances with a level 100 weapon. I don't think Reverse weapons are even worth it unless you can afford to land at least 1 30% on them, if not 2.
Dragonfires cost something like 160~180m to forge? That's not much better odds than the Reverse.
A Concerto with Adv Diamond + Im Dex/Im BC costs about 20m to forge. You get over 20 chances to make it better than a Reverse. This is what I'm doing. I've got two 79/3 and a 78/3 clean already, going to forge a few more with BCs and start scrolling.
