Is a Low-STR Blood Corsair viable?

He isn't going to wash any of the points out though.

Well if I can get into merching enough to convert some mesos to NX I might eventually wash some out of MP into DEX, but otherwise, I won't.

@ Reflexx: Really just to be able to boss much, much earlier than other Corsairs. I can see a loss of ~180 acc being a problem though (not to mention, of course, the massive damage loss). It might not be the best tradeoff in the world, but meh.
