Rellik's avoidability was listed on the Monsters Appendix, so that's not an issue. Rellik has the 2nd highest avoid of the four.
As for my roles in CWKPQ, the closest I've ever gotten to laying the smackdown on Hsalf, other than pushing him into the corner, is rushing him to the other side and assisting in killing until the attackers have assembled. Besides, Rush works on monsters that you miss anyways (which doesn't make sense) and attempting to attack Hsalf is enough to get his attention so you can Rush him.

I'm a somewhat paranoid person. Ultimately it's up to the mods and admins to decide whether that is allowed or not, and I don't see harm.

Oblivion 4 is actually a viable training area once you have maximum Heaven's Hammer (or close to it). My solo exp at Oblivion 4 is actually higher than my solo exp at Skeles.
