It really doesn't matter. Both skills are equally useless, though personally I find Shadow Web less useless. You could dump the poitns half/half if you want. Honestly, you're never going to use either of the skills; from the time you get them to the time you stop playing.
And I hope you're not planning on being 120 Base DEX when you come to GMS. Try to cap your dex around at MOST 80 or 90.
