The only quest that looks a bit like a PQ,is the one to fight Blaze Core,but you only get the exp from it.
The quest is on roppongi map,you need to kill imperial guard,to kill it you must attack the chandelier and make him attack the reverse computer machine from tokyo sky 2102.
Then you must go on an anti-gravity map,and avoid the lasers,then,you are in the machine room,you just need to kill the boss and get out.
There's no PQ in Neo Tokyo,just a serie of mini quests for each boss.
