Yes the guide is quite outdated. I have been working on a huge update but other stuff keeps getting in the way (and laziness 
).
Corsair 4th job builds are still very diverse after maxing Cannon. What Dusk said is true, I used to heavily support Rapid Fire after Cannon or Bullseye. However, the more I train, the less useful I find Rapid Fire to be especially now that I have level 21 Torpedo. Handling mobs is so much easier with 21 Torpedo that my ship breaks less than it did before.
