How you deal with these people..?

You know those people who come into your map and kills the mobs without asking if you wanna share the map? And when you ask them to cc they say some weird foreign language, acting like they don't know what you mean.


How you deal with these people? I can't tell if they are acting it or they seriously don't understand. One time the guy actually called his uncle who speaks a little English to talk to me
