What's your attack range? With an apple? I could calculate exactly how long it should take you if you were spamming with no interruptions. Just find out how long it'd take to kill each arm, multiply that by 4 (since there's 4 positions to attack from), then total up how much it'd take for each body.
Oh, and if you want to cut corners potion-wise, buy chews. They give 80 attack for 7 minutes, yet only cost a few hundred thousand meso (200k~400k I think).
