USB removal cause blue screen?

It happened twice and I only have one USB drive the other would be my mouse but i have no problem unplugging/replugging it to my knowledge. EDIT-Just removed my Mouse USB from a different port and I just got the Blue Screen and auto restart.......Debating if i should justship this back to Dell because it is so frustrating I can't use any USBs |
