[0.75] Nothing of the new guy

I still don't understand why Nexon never add new npc to NLC. It would be a lot more comfortable with Spinel, Mu Lung Dojo Board, Spiegelmann, Cesar and Duey in NLC. Masteria will never match to other Maple towns.

This patch make me sad, is first patch since CWKPQ which disappointed me
And I don't talk only about extended but conents aren't great like preivous were.

I hope, this patch could give some hint about Krakia or any other new Masteria place. Or at least they could add masteria monsters cards. But no of this happened.

Maybe 0.76? I hope.

In MapleSEA, New Leaf City has Duey and Spinel (sucks, doesn't it?)
