I love how you're hopping on the game-breaking bandwagon because NEXON approved it. So you really don't care about balance at all, just so long as people don't take advantage of a potential glitch that you personally couldn't get your hands on. Sorry that I raise my voice against game-breaking crap like this.

Completely agreed. In my honest opinion adding this CS item was undoing the "good" they were doing by rolling back the HTPs.

Tell me, what's the ultimate goal in this game after leveling? In other words, what do people ultimately level to DO? Be strong, and boss well. What's the point of having a class designed to train that can't boss? They are essentially wasting their time for nothing as an outcome.
Oh, and 100 extra magic would increase my Paralyze damage by about 2-3k. So yea, it helps.

As both a W.ATK and M.ATK player, I can safely say that hearing the arguement of "You hit 15 monsters at once" to try and justify Nexon's ratio of W.ATK to M.ATK is getting to be an old one. Maybe the extra MA wouldn't do as much for Magicians as it would for W.ATK classes, but if for no other reason than to see higher numbers, it's still nice to have. It would increase the chance of Bishops / AM's one hitting Neutral monsters such as the monsters in the Road to Oblivion and perhaps allow Bishops to 1 - Hit newties. It would also increase the speed in which Bishops and Arch Mages solo bosses such as Pianus and Pap.
Besides, if what you say is true and 100 extra Magic doesn't do anything for Magicians, why is it necessary "for the sake of game balance" to reset these pendants? Even if you could equip two +3 HTP's, that's only 208 stats... +2 12 ATK marks is almost just as bad at high levels being the upwards of 200 stats.
Says it all. No matter what class you are, an increase in attack or magic attack helps SOMEWHERE, whether that be for your ultimate damage to train or single target damage to boss.

Mages are not meant to kill bosses so your logic is faulty. Mages shouldn't care about whether they kill a pap in two or four hours; that is NOT their intend. Mages were made to be a supportive class in bosses, not to be a powerhouse. You already have the upper-hand in the most important aspect of the game... "balance" is making you next to useless on bosses/1vs1 combat.
Again, no point to train if you don't have something to train for. None of us are asking for Magicians to be Hero/NL/BM for bossing; hell, I bet half of us don't even mind the damage we do at bosses. The point is being somewhat NECESSARY for bossing, the fact that you know you need at least, for example, 9 NLs, 5 Bishops, 5 Drks, 3 BMs, etc. for a successful PB run (just as an example of BASIC party set-up; don't contend with me over specifics here). Would it KILL Nexon to make it so that a necessary requirement was, I don't know, 1-2 ArchMages for a PB run?
That's all we're asking. To be needed at big bosses like HT and PB, no matter how small the amount. Not overpowered. Get your facts straight.
