What difference does that make? Two 12 ATK MoN's is MORE power than wearing two +3 HTP's.

2x MON (potentially) = +24 ATK, +10 to each Stat, +600 HP and +600 MP. 24 ATK is the upwards of 200 stats for some people.

2x HTP is around 160 stats for most people, because the secondary stat on the second necklace would be nigh useless considering how easy it is to go statless with just one +3 pendant anyway.

In short, +2 MON's is even more imbalanced than the +3 HTP's.

Okay heres a thought, perhaps the 5 hour delay is to make players unable to hold two mons at once? The difference is a 52 stat user gets 52 extra luk(nearly 10 weapon attack) plus another 52 luk (10 more weapon attack) stacked on a timeless weapon (claw in this case around 85 weapon attack) to get a grand total of (average) 45 extra weapon attack. Oh wait, 25 dex so you get a grand total of around 40.1 weapon attack. It breaks the point of secondary stats.

Yes as everyone else will tell you when you're hitting 15 monsters at once it's not enough. No instead you want to solo bossers faster when you arent build for it to begin with e_e. I mean you can't have everything so get over it, make an attack class with funds of your mage/bish. Problem solved.
