52 pendent makes stat characters obsolete, two mons add a massive attack power but im pretty sure the concern was a player wearing a zhelm/52 pendent could and with 25 base dex can easily equip the reverse equips dexless.

What difference does that make? Two 12 ATK MoN's is MORE power than wearing two +3 HTP's.

2x MON (potentially) = +24 ATK, +10 to each Stat, +600 HP and +600 MP. 24 ATK is the upwards of 200 stats for some people.

2x HTP is around 160 stats for most people, because the secondary stat on the second necklace would be nigh useless considering how easy it is to go statless with just one +3 pendant anyway.

In short, +2 MON's is even more imbalanced than the +3 HTP's.
