I seriously doubt the game would let you wear two of the same item. Wouldn't the Naricain you're currently wearing just replace itself with the Naricain you're trying to equip?

Then how do people wear multiple rings from the Miwok event? You can also drag an item to an equip slot without double clicking, Greg.
