[TWMS] Ver. 1.00 - Neo Tokyo, Balrog Boss, and... new world maps?

^_^ just the thing im looking forward to. Im so ready for the balrog thingy. Is it true that you can only use like 2nd /3rd job skills?

Dunno if my sources are right or not, but 3rd and 4th job skills are blocked. Someone can feel free to correct me.
