Damage dealt means, if you solo the whole pq from start to finish, you will always have the same number of 'points'. If it was going to be like that, then I say just give us 5 or 10 uses at the start of the PQ (Which we can save and use when necessary). Low levels can use them early to help them kill those last few 'tough' bosses and high levels can save them for Pap/Mo Dong.
