After my friend brought it up as a "good bomb spot", I decided to look at the format myself (Well I don't have a screenshot, but I'll get one once I decide to get on MS). The three platforms are a bit more widespread, but it looks like a very nice Arrow Bomb spot similar to how Monkey Forest II training works. From what I observed, you stand on the rail so that you're able to shoot the middle platform and Bomb splash will hit the other two. If any Ranger (I'm a Sniper, lol) could test this out with Bomb, I'd be happy.
