Gunslinger Build (Lv. 10-200)

You can use a different skill after Cooling Effect or Fire Burner and it casts immediately, but if you try to spam either skill (assuming Fire Burner is the same as Cooling Effect) there's a slight, but annoying, delay.

Not the best.. but I'm working on it.
