What the hell - what good is Dragon Roar? It takes 2 seconds to hit 15 monsters. You can use Flamethrower/Ice Splitter almost 4 times in that amount of time. They both have a pretty huge range and no minimum whacking range. From the videos I've seen it doesn't look like any climbing around is required, either; you can comfortably reach everything with those skills.

With typical equipment (fastest weapon possible + booster, but no wind booster) Dragon Roar take 1230ms/15 monsters = 82ms/monster, while Ice Splitter takes 540ms/6 monsters = 90ms/monster. Sharkwave + Sparks ties for second (if Sparks never targets a dying monster), it would be 810ms/9 monsters = 90ms/monster. Of course, that's by millisecond, any class that has a decent mobbing move will do fine.
