You can't take out a 3rd job skill point and put it in a 4th job skill point if that's what you're implying. I can't think of any use for armor crash other than gobies, I think crimson guardians may do defense up as well? I don't recall. But er, whatever you want pretty much, you won't use either skill in the long run.
