It depends mostly on luck,since these mobs have a pretty low drop rate for their cards.
Even with 2x drop cards,they're still pretty hard.
About the maps,I would say,golems for fierry,just keep going into the maps at the golem sanctuary,i got my jr.boogie card from sleepy dungeon 5,when it still had jr boogies there,just was passing by and then it dropped,didn't had 2x drop at all,for the boogie card,try the wild boar maps.
