Yes, it has an auto killing effect as well as a static 199,999 damage dealt. You could snipe BF when he was still glitched, as well as those new years' sacks, but you would get DC'd due to the server's anti cheat measures, it doesn't like it when you deal 35m damage in a single shot lol.
