What the hell is 400 HP going to help you survive? You're going to die in 2 hits from Skeles no matter what. 2hkoing with Cannon is a much bigger priority. It's not just about damage whoring, you need the damage to train faster at your level. There's no point in bloodwashing until you need the HP to survive at certain places, i.e. getting to 3900 HP for Pap's bombs, etc.
