I'm considering the cost of forging, not necessarily the price in the FM. One could argue that farming my own pieces of time is free, but that's not really true. I still have the opportunity cost of selling them for 10m a piece. It still costs quite a lot of meso to create anything reverse.

Many reasons.
- The reverse gear is level 120, bath robes are level 20 and apply to a larger population.
- MUCH cheaper creation cost (pieces of time vs. traveling to Showa, cost of good crystals)
- The secondary stats gained on reverse equips are just about worthless (save for mages).
There is no denying that reverse gear is better, but it costs hundreds of millions more. If pieces of time deflate down to 1 - 2m a piece, then I can see bathrobes becoming worth a lot less. But with the ever increasing levels of players and the unrelenting demand of reverse equipment, I don't see that changing. Furthermore, people will want to recreate their reverse gear for timeless gear. Once again the high end is made obsolete.

I'm level 79. I have an 86 atk gun ready for me next level. And I'm considering the cost of forging the reverse versus the cost of buying the FS in the FM - the two most common ways of acquiring the desired equip.
