Obviously, that box with all errors is supposed to calculate number of resets needed. If I had to guess, OpenOffice doesn't like it when the formula in the cell tells it to calculate/output something, append a text string, then append the output of a calculation, and repeat those last two procedures one more time.
Also, it's strange that the HB output is all 0. That is much less complex than everything else.
[Edit]The stuff that doesn't work for you in OpenOffice works on Google Docs. The dropdown boxes don't work on Google Docs though. :/ (And also the combo box for HB % is broke, but the default of 60% should be what you want anyways.)
So here's the explanation for the dropdown boxes:
(Number on the left is what you put in the cell to choose the option listed on the right.)
Cell F6:
1 = No HP Wash
2 = Normal HP Wash
3 = MP Wash
Cell G9:
1 = 2nd job
2 = 3rd job
3 = 4th job
