Roll Back on HT pendents

Im not sure if anyone else has brought this up yet, but I will say this:

My previous premise that Nexon aint doing jack about glitches was based on the fact they never did it before to a proper extent (random people got banned during BF, white slate, tree branches, etc).

However, this HT necklace rollback opens up tonnes of windows; they're actually rolling back something.

If a 52/52/52/52 HT pendant disrupts the balance of the game, does a 25 attack + 11 Brown Work Glove? What about a +6 unhammered Purple Adventurer Cape?

Maybe, just MAYBE, we might see rollbacks in those areas too.
