But like you said in terms of learning from history, none of us know exactly how the "compensation" will work out, or if they'll stay true to their word. They compensated and said they fixed Monster Books the first time the issue was raised, and yet the books were still glitched. Legally and technically speaking they lied about that, though under the table it's safe to assume they were most likely incompetent in the matter as they've been in the past. Then there's the issue of Elemental Wands. Were Bishops compensated with a new weapon when the patch all of a sudden fixed them? Not at all. Plenty of broke Bishops now lost 600m+ with Elemental Wands that were virtually worthless, and with really nothing to do.
Yes, but that's another part of learning from one's own mistakes. I quickly learned that Nexon is often unreliable. And from that knowledge, one should be safe rather than sorry, and not act until Nexon actually makes a move. You knew this too I'm sure.

But I still think it was a bit more noticeable that these pendants were getting abused. I don't think many people should be banned, but there are some I guess I could feel bias toward. The users on Scania that are on Southperry love to complain, and it began to sound to me as if the pendants were being glitched on purpose WITH knowledge of the action being wrong for their own personal gain by certain users. I did seem to hit hard against all people who owned a +2 or +3 HT Pendant. But I do think those who did waste their money should get it back. I just think the intentional glitchers should get their money back and a little "sit in the corner" punishment.
Greetings from Scania.

BombsAway Wrote:Well, while I agree that no one should be banned for this incident, that logic you've got there is very flawed. If someone didn't know drinking and driving was illegal but thought it probably wasn't a good idea and decided to do it anyway, they'd still be held accountable, regardless of how unaware they were. Ignorance isn't an excuse; especially when something is so obviously wrong. imo everyone who was defending this was fairly delusional and just kind of kidding themselves in hopes that it would end up in their favour.

00:40 - 00:50 is exactly why everyone is so surprised and happy.

Maybe I didn't make myself fully clear. The point was that those who did it for their own benefit would get their own just rewards. One is allowed to drink in his own house, but one should reconsider drinking if they know they'll get drunk and break things in their own house. That's just affecting him.
On the flip side, those that drink and drive are endangering others and should be arrested. Same as those who are trying to sell their "ticking time-bomb of resetting" htpends at the last minute with this knowledge that they'll be worthless after the next sc are scamming and they should be banned. I'm with you on that.
