a Black Magician's counterpart to Nightwalker

i had this idea runnin around for ages,never got time to draw it till now,
also,spent WAY too much time for this....
explanations:
his body can dismember itself into black ash,and reform,which should explain wth is happening to his arm and cape.
also,he throws new stars which i called "Black Magician's Wing"
original,rite?

2nd version,changed the cowl and added /changed some parts of the cape,now its less combat and more npc like :3
has black magician subordinate acting as counterpart of spirit fairy.
