I can zerk BF fulltime just fine with 17.8k HP. Sure it's risky and 1hitKO, but if you know what you're doing, you'll be fine. I killed a few Shadowers, NLs, Buccs, etcs.. that messed with my BFs and still managed to resume zerking 100% afterward.
If anything, my HP wouldn't be sufficient to zerk HT, Anego and the like, but other bosses I can dish them without dropping a sweat.
Higher HP only makes training zerk easier.
EDIT: If you insist on having max HP, then here's a simple way to work out the number of lvlups + AP uses to achieve that.
x = lvl up
y = Ap use
Plug-in: 14.08*100 + 70.4*80 = 1408 + 5623 = 7040.
So in total you need 14 level ups AND 70 APs that come with them. So buy 70 more resets.
