Without Black Hats there is no strive to fix problems sooner.
Nexon need's better PR with its user-base to "formally" address these issues when they're brought up and resolved. Not sit on it and go "Surprise, we 'fixed stuff'" (at least this notice was edited to say something). Something like the dead GM Blog, with information that explains stuff (rather than make us guess more). Maybe I'm just too use to following things that provide newsletters on their sites. Maybe I'm just too use to commit logs and bug lists.
