HT Pendants No Longer Hammerable?

Wow lots of butthurt on this thread. First things first, those in Scania have a reason to be pissed, but at Excellent for hogging the cave and monopolizing the flow of +52 pendants, not at people in general for having them.

Secondly, people ALWAYS abuse glitches before they're officially known as "glitches." Let me share a list with you of all the people, according to the logic of half of those who have posted, who should be banned/experience a rollback:

1. Bishops who used Elemental Wands before they were fixed should be rolled back all the levels they gained or be banned.

2. People who obtained a MoN via trade, whether traded by someone, purchased, etc. should be banned/rolled back.

3. People who have obtained Onyx Apples by APQing with a party that abused the Stage 1 glitch should be banned/rolled back.

4. People who took advantage of 8x EXP during events before the Family System was fixed should be banned/rolled back.

And so on and so forth. I would have to say the vast majority of Maplers, whether in GMS or any other version, has taken advantage of a glitch before it was "fixed" or whatnot. Like Ghandi said, "An eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind." Get pissed off by one glitch and rant for radical bannings and rollbacks, and pretty soon your not-so-clean records get pulled up too.

I'm not going to lie; I have a +52 pendant, which my friend helped me get the first day of the patch. Do I want them fixed? Absolutely not. And ironically it's an issue of fairness: peach and moan all you want, but MoN's are a godly, must-have equip for non-Magician classes. A 12 attack pendant? Damn! It's always the Magicians who get shafted with the unbalanced formulas, and for once we get something that, even though anyone can use it, is a really nice benefit for us, and yet pissed off people request their removal. Thanks, guys. Have fun with your broken pendants while we relish our 2k damage increase from 22 INT.

Honestly, if Nexon fixes it like they did Ele Wands, I don't mind. But a ban and a rollback for any and all with one of the pendants? That's overkill.

I agree with Dan's logic. EVERYONE has exploited something. Be it the infinite respawning cakes in Ludibrium last year, or something else. Mages get the shaft everywhere, and as far as I know, MoN's will still be better for people that already have their secondary stat at 4.

I'm surprised at how fast that they took notice of it and fixed the problem. It's a good thing that they fixed it, now they just need to revert all the pendants that have already been Hammered to be fair to the rest of us.

It's amazing Nexon reacted this fast, but I don't think there's any way they could make them revert back. No one that has one of these now is going to want to sell it, so searching FM is out, and I don't think they're up to searching each and every account for them.

Or make +52 all Magician-only pendants, considering MoN vs. HT pendant is not "fair" already between classes.

Kinda doubt it's possible.

[COLOR="red"]Other class' butthurting about this Exchange quest glitch will be over soon. I'm fairly certain what GM scrolls are left will be used in this year's Lunchbox quest flurry of activity. The question now is to sell mine or use them on my own Lunchbox....

All in all...quit bitching about these pendants, ffs. If you have one? Great, put it to good use. If not? Better luck next time. Don't complain to those who did decide to take advantage of it.[/COLOR]
