its not. its the ppl who will gloat about how "THEY KNEW IT WAZ GLITCH". the truth is, nobody could have known if it was a glitch or not. in the end, whenever a thread about this is made it will attract all the people who are little mr./mrs. perfect maplers that said "omg it mus be glitch, i wont try cus i mus maintain my rep" x3333 and then call anyone who used it a "glitch abuser" and should be punished

Oh come on, why can't you see this was a glitch? If they wanted 2 more eggs to work, they would have made the quests for them available without the help of Vicious' Hammer. It was just programmed very badly and Vicious' Hammer bypassed it.
