About the portal to Omega Sector in Nautilus Port...

Which one is Bartol? The guy with the Telescope? I need to figure out why I can't use the portal since I've done all the quests. X_X

We do have the expansion, there's just no boss in it yet. Whenever that comes along there's a lot of new Omega Quests to do. I recently found out that there's even one Ariant quest we're missing.

Which Ariant quest would that be?

Also, another question...

Once you're finished ALL the Ariant quests, is it safe to drop the Picture Badge? It's getting rather annoying sitting in my etc inventory.
