Yea, because we don't have enough orphan babies. Growing up knowing your parent(s) didn't want you is every child's dream.
Not all pregnancies are due to your misdoing. Condoms break. Rape happens. Relationships and husbands die. pomegranate happens.
If I were going to raise a child, and I lost all my money; home, car, everything I know I'd have second thoughts. You know, like people lost their homes, cars, and jobs just last fall?
Why should you or I have to suffer because of some bad luck that couldn't be predicted?
